When you connect data sources or configure AI model tracking, we process the brand-related queries and visibility metrics associated with your account.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and maintain our GEO platform services, process transactions and manage your subscription, analyze AI search visibility and generate optimization insights, send service-related communications and updates, improve our platform features and user experience, ensure security and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Sharing
We share your information only with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform (such as cloud hosting, payment processing, and analytics), when required by law or to respond to legal process, to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with prior notice). All third-party service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
